Blog #2 is due June 27, 2011. In this entry, you will summarize your curricular integration project plans for the class, identify what you’ll need to complete the project, identify what you hope to learn by doing the project, and provide a discussion of how you can connect what you learn and do on the class project to your own teaching practices. An important theme of this blog entry should be how your project connects to your classroom and teaching practices.
My curricular integration project will be linked to Michigan History. The students will create a brochure about a historical place or event that took place in Michigan History after doing a Webquest researching information on the topic. The Webquest and brochure will be culminating project after learning about these historical events or places. Next year the students will actually complete the Webquest.
